In any building or any community space. No marijuana on PVRV property.
VEHICLES
1 vehicle per site. Extra vehicles or trailers must park in the back.
DUMPSTERS
For bagged household trash only. No large items.
LAWNS & TREES
Please keep things out of the grass and on the concrete patios. Nothing hung in or tied to the trees.
SHADE STRUCTURES
No tents, shade structures, umbrellas, or clotheslines at the RV sites.
Pet Policy
We love pets, and we don’t set a limit
on how many you can bring!
We just ask that you be
a responsible pet parent
while staying with us:
- All pets must be kept on a leash while on campground property.
- All pets must be up to date with vaccinations.
- Please clean up after your pet at all times.
- Help keep the peace by preventing excessive barking.
- If you use portable fencing, please make sure it does not damage the grass.
Thank you for helping us to keep our campground safe, clean, and enjoyable for everyone (including our furry friends).
Cancellation Policy
- A deposit of 50% of the total booking is required at the time of reservation.
- If you cancel at least 30 days before your reservation date, your deposit will be refunded in full.
- If you cancel less than 30 days before your reservation date, the deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations due to exceeding the bridge’s weight restriction will not be eligible for refunds as this information is provided in advance.

Off-Road Vehicle Use Policy
Off-Road Vehicle Use Policy Guests are welcome to access nearby trails using off-road vehicles
(ATVs, UTVs, dirt bikes, etc.) under the following conditions:
● Riding is permitted only for direct entry and exit to and from the park
● No recreational riding inside the park (no loops, cruising, or riding between sites)
● Riding is allowed only between 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
● Speed limit: 5 MPH at all times while riding in the park
● Vehicles must stay on designated roads only (no cutting through sites or grass areas)
● All operators must follow applicable safety requirements
Failure to follow these rules may result in:
● Immediate loss of riding privileges
● Additional fees for damages
● Possible removal from the property without refund
Guest Acknowledgment
Operating off-road vehicles involves inherent risks. By choosing to operate or ride such vehicles
on or through the property, you accept full responsibility for any injuries or damages and agree
to follow all park rules.
You also agree to be financially responsible for any damage caused to park property or other
guests’ property and to hold harmless the park, its owners, and staff from any related claims.
